Rebecca McCain currently works as a Director of Career Services for an online college, helping recent graduates find work in their field of study. Having graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida, Rebecca began her career as a Recruiter in the New York City Metro area in 2004. She has excelled in job placement for some of the most competitive industries, including finance, marketing, advertising, technology, healthcare, criminal justice, business management and hospitality.  Rebecca brings her expertise in job placement and her passion for helping people achieve their goals together in a series of Career Readiness Workshops titled “Finding Work | It Won’t Find You!”

Inspiration

Many of my favorite quotes are from Walt Disney. It may be because I grew up in Orlando, I don't know? But Walt was so inspirational because he never gave up on his dream. He filed for bankruptcy seven times and had more failures than he could even remember or count. But he knew his ideas and talents were solid and he knew he would have success if he stayed true to his vision and had the courage to pursue his dream.
